The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Guests are required to collect their keys from our offices at Calle San Marcos 9, between 15:00 and 19:00. If you arrive after 19:00, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to make sure that someone is available to receive you directly at the apartment for the key delivery. The check-in process requires the mandatory registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in between 21:00 and 02:00 incurs a surcharge of €70, which must be paid in cash.
