All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they must provide a signed authorisation form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorisation form upon request. Tenants must present a valid ID. Cots are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 30 per stay. If you require a cot, you must notify the property before your arrival. Guests must sign the property's seasonal rental contract prior to check-in. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property. Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
